Most of my issue has been getting use to the how too use it I am happy with my purchase but have had issues on the way !! Use the tightening tool for sure.

It mixes mostly on high for the complete 7 minute cycle. It is too loud!!! Mixing for 1-2 minutes maximum should be enough to get all the ingredients chopped up!
