It mixes mostly on high for the complete 7 minute cycle. It is too loud!!! Mixing for 1-2 minutes maximum should be enough to get all the ingredients chopped up!

Bought this unit, have not enjoyed one drink! Had a Juiceman that I gave to a family member, made much better juice! Recipes are nasty! Wasted a lot of produce to find out that it's inferior to other juicers I've had. The consistency is more like purée than juice! Not happy with this purchase

Love my NutriBullet Rx, but...

I was so excited to get a NutriBullet Rx, and I did-- for Christmas! After reading many reviews, package inserts, included recipe book and checking out the "NutriLiving.com" website, I decided to do a 6-8 week challenge. One smoothy a day for breakfast. On the 4th morning after blasting my nutritious fruit/veg smoothy, I had a heck of a time getting the lid off. Finally, after a few minutes, the lid came off and when I lifted the lid off the cup, the rubber ring seal plopped into my smoothy. I knew this would happen at some point since I had read many reviews complaining of this product issue. So, I just pulled it out of my smoothy, rinsed off the blade head and rubber ring, let it dry on the dish rack and later put it back on the blade head. Now, I always check to see if the rubber ring is secure before I make another smoothy. Looking forward to making hot soup! Next step. Review for the soup method will be later. :D
