I bought the NutriBullet Rx a month ago after watching it being demonstrated on tv. I liked what I saw so I ordered it. Tried it and expected my soup to be steaming like I saw it on tv but it was cold, I had to heat it up in the microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this is probably the 3rd Nutribullet that I own. This is the 2nd RX I have got. not pleased the seals come off, does not mix frozen fruits. Motor gets hot real fast. no please after this one fails, I will go look for alternate juicers.

Broke in two weeks Now there is down time for the use. Replacement part now in the mail. No reconcile for a free receipt book or some type of compensation. I got it as a gift for my brother because he was just operated on. He can't digest whole foods at this time. I am very disappointed.A big company like this should show good faith and through in a free gift for down time.

I bought this on a Saturday afternoon. On Monday, I made soup, and it was great! I was so excited. It was so easy to put in the ingredients and quickly have a hot bowl or two of delicious soup. Next, I made a smoothie. I used the tool to tighten the blade mechanism. When the cycle ended, I lifted the container only to find quite a bit of liquid inside the base. I blamed myself, although I was unsure what I did wrong. I went back an re-read the instruction, but didn't find any solution. The next day I attempted to make a smoothie again. This time, even though I used the tightening tool, the gasket ended up wrapped around the blades, and pieces of it had been pulverized into the smoothie itself. I am so disappointed in the product!

The infomercials claimed to make the soup was just outing the ingredients in and 8 minutes later u have delicious healthy soup well that's not the case !!
