A Major Disappointment

I got this product as a gift and I was super excited. I was ready to start a smoothie diet and was looking forward to the ease with which this product is purported to work.
It was terrible. It didn't blend the kale all the way (chunks) and seeds were not "destroyed."
Finally, the circular rubber ring in the blade came out and was blended into my smoothie, which I didn't notice till I was halfway through with my drink.
Really disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased some time ago 2 nutri=bullets shown on t.v. and gave them both to
my sons which they use every day and are happy with them. I purchased again this
recent nutri-bullet on t.v. and had to return it. It is much bigger than the first ones and have no room to keep it. sorry rating above is for this recent one I would recomend the smaller one only.

me sirvió pocas semanas y ahora el motor luego de unos días de ser difícil de arrancar ya no arranca. y no encuentro nada que hable de arreglos o mantenimiento. realmente es demasiado delicado. tengo alguna opción ?

All the smoothies taste the same, like baby food. I have tried them all and they gag me. The soups are edible, but not good. If I could return it just because the finished product is terrible I would, but I'm stuck with an expensive and useless product. Sorry, but don't waste your money making disgusting goo.

I have not had a chance to use it, as I take care of my 91 year old sister and her sister, also got very sick over the Holiday. It was just last night I finally opened the box and found I didn't get the "boost" that was supposed to be included. Also, I read the book and got a little overwhelmed.....I just need some simply quick and easy recipes as along with take care of my elderly family.....I really did feel the product was a little complicated, probably just as I am jitterish, as I don't want to make mistakes, as I feel this product will really help me health issues.
The last product I purchased before yours, was a smaller OSTER blender, which is a old company and it burned out within 5 weeks. And as far as recommending it to anyone....I say YES.....if it works!!!! (smile) If you have a website I think that would be great. I had Cancer, which has left me with FIBROMYALGIA, where I feel, pain and extreme nausea and I thought NutroRX would be PERFECT as long as I could keep it SIMPLE. Below are things I couldn't give an opinion on....... as I haven't used it yet

My husband and I are using the NutriBullet RX every day. My only complaints are the noise level and the taste. We have tried many of the recipes and still can't find one that gives us vegetables and fruit that really tastes good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ricardo was very helpful. He gave me clear easy instructions to follow. I am returning my product. I realized that I enjoy the taste and texture of fruits and veggies. I don't need to drink them.
