i love my nutri bullet rx. i have only one complaint though. i have had it for about 2weeks when the gasket came out and fell into shake getting all chewed up. then customer service said they were gonna call back so i could get a replacement gasket and they never did. other than this mishap i am very pleased with it. it does what is says it does................
