I have used it twice. So far, I have enjoyed it. Haven't made the soup yet. My only complaint - it's so loud! But I like the texture of the juice and smoothie.

Disappointed with the quality of the cups, after three months of use the plastic is already foggy, and I always hand wash the cups. Blade works great when using non frozen fruits/veggies. It gets a little tricky when using all frozen fruit, you need to have the correct amount of liquid. Otherwise the blades chop everything into ice particles and then doesn't blend any further.
