I have the initial NutriBullet, I gave it my daughter we love it. So I purchased the New RX Bullet. But turning on the heat sensor for the first time I for got. The instructions say you need to switch on the button with in a minute of the initial start cycle. I waited i believe over the one minute cycle. My fault. I shall try it the next time. I would not recommend the Magazine rewards company that offers the $50.00 gift card because they say they never received my correspondence in order to obtain the $50.00 gift card. I have spoke with Nutribullet representative

Stay with the program and keep with the routine. You will feel better and be more energetic.
The only reason I said there "is a but", is simply because it is unacceptable in year 2014/2015 for a company who created such a great product to force a customer to submit warranty information by taking a receipt and another paper confirmation needed to print out AND fax it somewhere. Yes, fax it. Common... please change that. It's ridiculous.

I bought mine around Christmas time. Actually bought some for the kids and decided to add myself to the list. Wanted to try it out before I gave them as gifts. I absolutely love this machine. I make a smoothie almost every single morning and I have never had a problem with it at all. Every time it comes out smooth without any clumps. I have used chia seeds, nuts, beets, carrots, broccoli and not once have I had clumps. I think you just have to be sure to add enough liquid to your mix. My son said his came out thick and I told him to measure his liquid like I do. Sometimes when you just eyeball it, it looks like you are putting in more liquid than you actually are, and it might come out thick. Anyway, love my purchase and highly recommend it.

I bought this a month ago and I love it. I juice everyday. I love that it is so easy to use. I am gone almost 12 hours a day on top of being a single mother, so anything that doesn't take up too much of my time is great. I loved how easy it was to make hot soup as well. I have recommended it to many people. I also love that it comes with a book that explains the benefits of each fruit and vegetable by its color, and it shows you how to make drinks.
