Purchased about a month ago. Have been using almost daily. Great product, does as described, highly recommend.
Stay with the program and keep with the routine. You will feel better and be more energetic.
The only reason I said there "is a but", is simply because it is unacceptable in year 2014/2015 for a company who created such a great product to force a customer to submit warranty information by taking a receipt and another paper confirmation needed to print out AND fax it somewhere. Yes, fax it. Common... please change that. It's ridiculous.

I bought mine around Christmas time. Actually bought some for the kids and decided to add myself to the list. Wanted to try it out before I gave them as gifts. I absolutely love this machine. I make a smoothie almost every single morning and I have never had a problem with it at all. Every time it comes out smooth without any clumps. I have used chia seeds, nuts, beets, carrots, broccoli and not once have I had clumps. I think you just have to be sure to add enough liquid to your mix. My son said his came out thick and I told him to measure his liquid like I do. Sometimes when you just eyeball it, it looks like you are putting in more liquid than you actually are, and it might come out thick. Anyway, love my purchase and highly recommend it.

I bought this a month ago and I love it. I juice everyday. I love that it is so easy to use. I am gone almost 12 hours a day on top of being a single mother, so anything that doesn't take up too much of my time is great. I loved how easy it was to make hot soup as well. I have recommended it to many people. I also love that it comes with a book that explains the benefits of each fruit and vegetable by its color, and it shows you how to make drinks. I feel healthier and have less cravings.

Quality not as good as non RX

Does not pulverize the ingredients as well as my NutriBullet (non RX). I often have bits of nuts or unprocessed greens in my juice. Additionally, I think the design of the heating feature could be improved so that the heating element will not work unless the special soup carafe is used. It is too easy to accidentally use the wrong carafe or push the button accidentally. This is a safety feature that needs to be added. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the RX, especially given how much I love my NutriBullet and how much I was looking forward to using it for hot soup and beverages. I don't feel that the quality of the RX is up to the NutriBullet quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Truly mixes the fruits, into a fine liquid juice! Mix water to regulate thickness of drink. Not many products work as described by the advertiser! But this one dose and its health! No cleanup, or waste of pulp, like with the old Juicers!
