I bought it at Christmas time and I am very happy with it, except it does not go in the heating stage, so I just cook the soup on the stove......it would be to much work to return. Otherwise it works great. I rated the value of product good because of heat stage!

I love the fact that there is no waste like you have with juicers and my expensive blender doesn't break down the plant and fruit fibers the way this product does. It's so easy to use and clean, love it!
