Just One Problem

I have turned into a smoothie making monster with this product and it has taken everything I have thrown at it and made amazing smoothies. Unfortunately, I like hundreds of other customers have issues with the rubber ring always coming out of the blade unit while in operation. This time, it finally got sucked into the unit while making smoothies and caught in the blades, cutting the o-ring into pieces. So, I now won't be able to use my unit for an unknown period of time until the company lets me know how they are going to help me with this. I have always used the "key" that came with the product, so I know that has nothing to do with the problem. Great smoothies, great powerful motor, but definitely a design flaw to deal with.

We have had our NutriBullet RX for almost 2 months. We have smoothies every morning. We alternate between different food colors. I used to wake up with my hands swollen and couldn't bend my fingers all the way and my feet hurting when I'd stand. Not anymore! We honestly feel better in all ways! We love the soups also. The button on our NutriBullet RX doesn't turn red and doesn't heat like it should. It didn't from day one, but we make the soup and heat it for just a few minutes in the microwave and it's delicious. I especially like the tomato basil. If you are thinking about getting this, don't hesitate! Make the call today! Your body will thank you!

I love to try different combinations of fruits and vegetables in my NutriBullet Rx. I enjoy drinking the mixtures. Can really taste all the different flavors. I use it as often as possible and take the shakes along with me to work. Worth getting this product.M
