I have used the Nutribullet for a year and was ok with it. It leaked into the base a little but discovered that you absolutely cannot fill the liquid over the max line. If I kept it slightly below the max line it did not leak. So decided to try the Nutribullet RX. I have had it a couple of months but don't like it. It has been working mechanically just fine but have not tried to make soup. I don't like it for the following reasons: 1) The motor is so loud it hurts my ears. I have to stay at least four-five feet away to tolerate it. 2) It puts too much fluff and foam in the drink. 3) The design of the smallest cup (which is the only one I use) is clunky (for lack of a better word). It is too large to fit in the cup holder of my car, The handle is not removable so it is cumbersome. The lip of the cup is not comfortable and when you put on the ring for drinking, it is really too fat for drinking. It does not travel well..Today I packed it back up and put it away. SO . . . I pulled my first nutribullet back out. The tall cup fits well in my cup holder in the car and I purchased the zippered carrier. I usually drink it on the way to work. I will probably give the RX to a family member, if they try it and like it.

EXCITEMENT!

I just purchased this product a couple of weeks ago, and I am loving it! After 30 + years of making some seriously poor eating decisions, purchasing the NutraBullet Rx was the smartest thing I've ever done.
I can now enjoy veggies without having to choke them down with seasonings and other "distracting", unhealthy items.
I'm in! I can't wait to see if the proof is in the juice! I'll be back in a few months to follow up.

I need gaskets. I use it every day sometimes more than once. This morning the gasket wrapped around the blade and broke. I need gaskets and I need them now! Where can I find them, what is the part number?

Great but not the best!

I bought this just a few short days ago and at first hand, I can tell you both positive and negative points to this NutriBullet Rx. I'm not sure why but when I blend something cold it goes warm so I added a whole lot of ice because who wants a warm smoothie! Plus after blending, the motor gives off this weird smell. Other than that, it blends so well & I hope I enjoy the heat addition to make soup. Not sure if I will keep it but if this gets any worse, I'll get a refund but I can say it definitely did not meet my expectations.

I bought this 4 months ago and love this I have never had a machine be able to grind up vegetables the way this machine does. Theres no chunks or bits and pieces floating around your drink, it makes the smoothest drink I have ever had. Would recommend it to anyone.
