Everything was just great until the gasket got split apart during one of the smoothies I was preparing. Since then I haven't been able to use it!
Don't know how to get a replacement gasket! This was a gift to me and I don't have the receipt to prove it was purchased last December and neither do the people that bought it forme.

I have been involved in juicing and other heath foods since the mid-sixties. Sill have my Champion Juice. No need to cut the food with it. Just push it through. It was great. Two years ago bought the NutriBullet. Then I began getting the benefit of getting all the veggies and fruit because now I was getting the Pulp too which was missing from the juicer. Bought the Rx last month and Wow I could not believe it but you actually did improve the performance of you product. Haven't had a chance to use the soup attachment yet but looking forward to the day I do. I know I will not be disappointed. By the way I still use the other one three time a day or small shakes. The larger, tall cup means I only use it every other day. So convenient. Keep up the good work. soon I will get the new cookbook had money issues at the time so bought this one at Walmart.

I am so happy with this and the power from a regular nutri bullet the auto start and finish is awesome feature as well as the soup maker made baked potato soup and tomato soup it was totally so hot and tasty

I bought this to replace a defective Nutribullet 900 which leaked and never did a good job blending the food into a smoothie. The RX is a fabulous machine! It does a great job making smoothies as well as soups! It's easy to use, easy to clean and very fast. Thank you Nutribullet for a terrific product!
