I blend every morning for my husband and myself. We blend vegetables and fruit with oats and nuts. Feel so much healthier and have more energy than ever before. Love my Nutribullet.

The second time I used it, the rubber around the lid came off during the process spilling juice all over the machine.

All is great except SouperBlast Pitcher

Overall I am pleased with how the Nutribullet Rx performs as well as how it is made and all of the features, however, one thing I noticed which was quite a disappointment considering the price point at which this product costs compared to similar types of products on the market is the fact that the SouperBlast Pitcher keeps staining yellow, from what appears are the spices, after the extraction process when making soups. I use the Souper Boost and include the recommended dosage of spices and have read and followed all the instructions on how to make soups with the Nutribullet Rx, including making sure to not extract with foods and liquids at a temperature higher than room temperature. I had called the company to notify them of this issue and to request that a new SouperBlast Pitcher be sent to me since I had experienced the staining after just 1 use. They willingly sent another pitcher but the same thing had occurred again after just 1 use. Luckily I am able to bleach a lot of the yellow coloring away when filling the pitcher with lemon juice, distilled white vinegar and dish soap diluted in warm water and placing the pitcher in direct sunlight for 24 hours. They mentioned that since the plastic they use in their containers is BPA free it is somewhat softer in density thus why the staining occurs. Although I appreciate this I would hope at this price point they would have caught this issue and found a more durable but also safe alternative.

not worth the extra cost

The rubber seal keeps coming off and it does not blend any better than regular bullet. It is large and bulky and on commercial it appears that you can put your vegetables in and make soup but in all actuality you have to precook vegetables before adding to blender. They dont say that in the infomercial.

Serious design flaw

I love how well this blender purees, but it's got some kind of design flaw with the rubber gasket. It comes off all the time and has even come off during blending. I've already returned it once for a broken gasket and I'm afraid the same thing is going to happen again. It's a shame, except for this problem I really like this blender.

Does not last long

Had the RX for 3 months and during that time the gasket on the blade unit kept falling out and into my smoothie. Now, after 3 months, the gasket has broken! I have put my NINJA back on the counter and forgot how nice it works and the ease of use compared to the RX. Customer Service is sending me a new blade, but what if it happens again, which I'm thinking it will. I think I'll just keep using my NINJA and just write off the crazy $$$ I spent for this junk.

Exceptional Customer Service

I received my Nutribullet RX in June of 2015. It worked perfectly until February of 2016, when one of the gaskets came out and it started leaking. I immediately called Nutribullet, on a weekend, and not only were they available then, but they also addressed my concerns promptly and efficiently. After identifying the concern and providing a few helpful tips, I was told I would receive a new blade, no question asked and no charge. Within a week I had my new piece and now I am back in action!

Extraction blade piece leaks

I purchased my Nutribullet RX less than a month ago and it leaked the first time I used it. For the price of it, I'm not very happy that I'm going to have to attempt to replace it before getting a chance to enjoy it.
