Used both Vitamix mixer and an Omega juice extractor -- both effective in their own ways but extractor was a pain to clean up and could take lots of work to get raw veggies through the process. NutriBullet less expensive, just as sturdy (at least after the first two weeks), creates good smoothies and much easier to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It seems to be hit and miss on the leaking. I try screwing the blades on as tight as I can but it still leaks a little. Then other times not at all. I'm hoping its just the o-ring is new and with use it will leak less and less. Kind of disappointed about this because I saved up and was looking forward to getting this.

This product has been working great so far.
The only thing I have noticed is that the base seems to leak a little bit. If I pull it off right when done blending, it is minimal, but any time spent on the base unit, the liquid will start to leak out
