Bought this because I liked the NutriBullet Pro and wanted to get the Rx for the soup option. Not great. Had issues with the extractor blade twice and had to have them replaced. Overall...Fair.

My son told me about the NutriBullet so I bought one and so happy that I did. It does exactly as it says. Whether I make a fruit or veggie smoothie, or what ever you want to put in, all incredients are smooth. I even used the soup option and it was great.

It's easy to use and easy to clean. The only thing I would change if I could would be how loud it is.......It is LOUD.

The blender is built rock solid and does an excellent of liquefying anything I put in it. But the rubber gaskets in the extractor blade and lid are not securely bonded. After only four uses, the gasket in the extractor blade became dislodged and fell into the smoothie being blended. Luckily I felt a price of rubber in my mouth before I swallowed. Though I was told I would receive a free replacement blade, I never did. I ended buying one. Another time I used the lid to save the remaining contents, but the next day when I removed the lid, I had to fish the gasket out of the smoothie.

My husband and I bought our NutriBullet two weeks ago , we use it everyday, the only inconvenience is that every time I unscrew it the rubber ring comes out , don't know if it suppose to happen or not .
