This is my second unit because the first one smells like the motor burnt up the very first time we used it, now this one we have to be gentle with it and still stops and hesitates and smells like the motor is past its limits

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. One of the better investments I’ve made. Have mostly been enjoying the different smoothies. I like freezing small portions and having them as a replacement for ice cream.

Make sure you register for your warranty. The company is bureaucratic and not user friendly. I reserve derangement on the quality of the product. The previous models were unreliable and getting parts from the company very difficult

I am 62 yrs old, in great shape and I owe alot of that to the NutriBullet RX. I have absolutely no complaints for this product. First, in the Bottom of the container, I put the vegetables such as Kale, Spinach, Carrots, Beets and their stems, Cucumbers, etc. Then I put my Protein Powder, Flax Seed, etc. Then I add some Frozen Fruit then Coconut Milk and Water to the Max Line. Make sure you tighten the blade unit with the provided plastic wrench to prevent any leaking. It has a built in timer and speed adjustment which usually works great. After the first process, you may have to remove the blade unit to either add some liquid or adjust the mixture to blend easier but that is no big deal. It makes very smooth smoothies even with whole carrots and beets. It is much better than a juicer, which I have had many, because a juicer retains the pulp but this extractor also blends the pulp into the smoothie so you are also getting the benefit of the fiber. I highly recommend this product. I have no connection with this company, just someone that appreciates a well made product for healthy living. Thank You NutriBullet!!!

I used this machine for a couple of years light to moderate use. One day when I used it the drive socket stripped out on the machine and it just kept spinning without spinning the blade. This is a common problem with this unit as it is a plastic gear housing on a metal drive shaft, and over time it wears out. NutriBullet does not offer this replacement part so you will have to replace the entire base if it goes out which costs over half of the value of the machine.
