Mostly delivers what is promised. Sometimes I have to rerun a second time to completely pulverize everything. If too thick I just need to make sure I add more water the next time. All in all I am feeling better and have more energy. Very nice machine

Our unit was DOA. Customer service was good and it took a week to get another base. So far so good. The unit looks and operates better than the previous model we owned. They did a nice job updating it. Our previous model lasted 1 year because liquid got into the base and the switch stopped working. Seems like that issue has been rectified. It's hard to rate until I get more use. I would have given it 4 stars for our experience so far but I expected expedited shipping on the replacement unit and waiting a week was frustrating.

I purchased the RX over a month ago. The gasket between the container and the blade unit came loose from the blade unit the first week I had it. I called customer service and they replaced the whole blade unit under warranty at no cost to me. The warranty replacement part has worked well for weeks now. If the blade unit has to be replaced again I will have the replacement shipped next day air as I have become addicted to my morning smoothies. The reason for the air freight is it took almost a week to get the replacement part. It chops, blends and shuts off automatically.
