Several years ago, I had purchased the first version (600 watts I think). It worked well. When this one came out, I decided to give the old one to a co-worker and I purchased the Rx model. It's awesome! My only complaint is the noise. The motor noise when working is really loud.

I got my NutribulletRX about 6 weeks ago. I am greatly disappointed with it. All the "smoothies" that I make do not stay cold. No I am not using the soup maker which heats up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had the rx for about a month and a half and I love it. I would have given it more stars but the lid twists off if you are not holding it and the gasket comes out.

We've used the Nutribullet for well over 2-years and decided to upgrade to the RX since we use this machine about 4 times a day, 7 days a week. For both my wife and I we use it for our breakfast and our post workouts. Not to mention fun drinks. So, it gets a lot of use.
The RX is especially good at breaking down nuts, Goji berries as well as anything edible you decide to throw in there. It's a well made machine and we're both very happy with the upgrade.
I don't know if it's something my wife is doing, but once in a while the rubber seal will come out. I haven't had this happen to me, but I seem to be the one that puts it back in. It's not difficult, you just have to be careful working around the very sharp blades.
The 7-minute soup works as advertised and it still amazes me. We've made butternut and asparagus soup and what a very smooth texture it gives, not to mention it being hot! I used some very hard asparagus, after cutting off a small part of the stems and you would never know it with how the soup came out.
The directions indicate you should replace the blades every six months. This makes sense, since over time and the use it gets they'll eventually lose their edge. But it's priced right so it's not an issue.
If you want to drink healthy, get one of these things. The more you use it the more you'll like it. The NutriBullet website is very helpful and tailored to your own needs. Do the quiz they offer and use it to "build" your own healthy drinks.
