I have had this for about 3 weeks now and use it every day... sometimes several times a day. I am having fun experimenting with combinations of things to put into it. It is SO GOOD... nothing like a blender. It really does pulverize everything and doesn't "jam up". One of the plusses, I think, is it is so easy to clean. I haven't tried the "soup" yet but I'm sure I will use that all winter. I haven't had a bit of trouble with it. I am more than happy.
