I bought the Rx a few months ago. I guess I should have just bought the regular one. I found if I let it run the whole cycle my cold smoothie becomes lukewarm. I also have trouble with the gears not staying linked during the blending cycle. The cup "jumps the tracks" and I have to hold it on - am I doing something wrong? It does blend well and I have not tried the heating element yet.

I love my nutribullet, my only problem with it is sometimes the gasket falls out and i cant figure out why. Other then the gasket issue, it delivers in every way. I use my unit 5 days a week or more so it gets a lot of miles. I highly recomend it.
