This was my greatest decision for 2014 when I decided to purchase the nutribullet rx, it has changed the way of my life and other family members. Great product but you have to use it.

I bought the rx because I thought it would be more efficient. It is efficient. However, I do not like the fact that EVERYTHING gets hot, and I ALWAYS have to use ice for cold items. Not happy about that. Still undecided as to whether it was worth the cost.

I bought the Nutribullet Rx a month ago and my husband and I are so happy we did so. The machine is so powerful and so convenient to use that we ask ourselves how did we not get it much earlier. The smoothies we make are consistently delicious every time and the hundreds of recipes out there makes our morning and majority of evenings so enjoyable with our smoothies.
The machine "pulverizes" all the fruit and veggies we put into it so fast and consistent every time. My husband had a hard time eating his veggies (Spinach, Broccoli and others), but now we enjoy them everyday mixed up with fruit and others ingredients. I recommend this product to everyone!

I like how it automatically does the blending, however at times it makes a cold drink become warm. Don't like that part. I do believe they should send to blades instead of just one without the need to buy one. I thought it would come with two and you had option to buy third. I've always gotten nutribullet instead of others on market. Two in past have broke not sure why I purchased another.

RX Purchased the 900 PRO in November and LOVED it! Loved it so much, we upgraded to the RX end of December. 25 days in, we notice the base "wobbling" and the motor getting noisier and noisier. Checked over everything and it seemed okay. Week ago, started to make a blast and there was a loud noise and the motor started racing. Pulled the cup off and bits of plastic flew everywhere! The little metal/plastic piece on the base where the blade attachment connects has broken loose and the plastic/nylon is all melted. Contacted CS multiple times - to FINALLY get ONE rep to agree to ship out new base/blade assy. Initially, they wanted me to wait for a FedEx label to ship back the old one (3 -5 business days), then call back when I shipped it off so they could "order" replacement which would arrive in 7 - 10 business days. They were more concerned with what ingredients I was using and the order I was putting them into the cup! Love the product, but CS has a LONG way to go....FYI, STILL haven't received either the FedEx label to ship back the old parts OR the tracking number to show the new parts have been shipped. VERY DISSAPOINTED.....at this point I can't say that I'd recommend this to anyone......
