This has been one of the best purchases I have ever made. My family now enjoys fruit & vegetable smoothies on a daily basis, we cannot keep up with the produce in our house. The energy and nutrients we are all getting is phenomenal. I recommend this for anyone who wants to increase the amount of fruits and vegetables they normally eat. Plus lets not forget the health benefits from it, oh almost forgot about the "Hot Soup" feature is a must easiest way to make soup hands down.
