The bottom blade has to be tight or it will leak--for older people it will be hard to tighten and loosen. Some soups are easy to make others require multiple steps and take longer. The machine is powerful and amazing.

I bought this few months ago and though i love it! It makes amazing smoothies. I love the texture of the smoothies as its extremely smooth. My only issue with this product is that its fragile and keeps getting some or the other mechanical defect. I have to be very careful when using the product and have to maintain it well or it just will not work well. But when it works its an amazing product.

All good except leakage

Reliable to not move on the counter and to truly pulverize anything you put in it. However no matter how many times I twist it shut the seal is not reliable. Sometimes I have mess sometimes I don't. since the content seal on the bottom this is big weakness in an otherwise good tool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
