It doesn't really MAKE soup, but merely heats.
It is quite loud, and does a poor job of stirring ingredients so that all items get the full effects of the "extraction" process. It takes several starts and stops to insure no chunks or pieces remain.

About a year ago I bought a nutribullet on the recommendation of a friend I accidentally broke it and was going to throw it away, when I decided to call and see if a tech could help me fix it. Instead, they are sending me a replacement of the part I broke. Couldn't ask for better customer service! And I anxiously await receiving my replacement part, so I can make some more soups I love and my daily fruit slushes. Not only are they delicious and healthy, but with the nutribullet easy and quick!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had been part of the nutrabullet since it was just the bullet. I had this nitro bullet because I wanted to update my bullet. This one only last me using it less than 10 time. My bullet I have had since they first came put years again. It still works like new. I just wanted a bigger one. Hopefully this replacement motor will last longer than 10 uses. If not i will be calling you again. I'm hoping this was just a fluke. I bragged about the bullet to all my friends, the nitro bullet I will not be bragging about as of yet.

I want to say that I upgraded from the 600 motor to the NutriBullet - NutriBullet Rx . The difference to me is night an day. The RX makes great smoothies and the basic model is okay but needs a lot more improvement. Also, the RX makes soups in seven minutes which is a time saver and as well makes healthy soups. Most soups that you buy at the supermarket has to much sodium. With the RX you can custom your soup to the way you want to eat. I recommend anybody that wants to lose weight or just wants to maintain a healthy life style the RX. The containers are easy to wash by hand and ready to make more smoothies or soups. Please remember that after making a soup you must wait at least thirty minutes for the motor to cool down before using the product again.

the system is good It's just the base part at the motor head is very difficult to clean and left residue around it that I could not clean and I just gave up on it so I have to returned it maybe if there is a way to modify that part of the system I'll buy it back thanks.

I purchased this to make smoothies and Ice drinks.. It was challenged with the ice and would really have to work to crush it. About 2 months in the whole machine stopped working. I went out and bought a Vitamix... Should have listened to Consumer Reports the first time!

I bought a 600 watt and am very happy about it for two years. I recommended it to my friends. One of my friend liked to try a more powerful one which she finally bought nutribullet Rx 1700 watt and she's so happy about it then she recommended it back to me. So I went on to get one but the juice leaked everywhere the first time I used it! I thought maybe I did not twist the cup tight enough so I tried it again the next day and the juice still leaked out everywhere! I was shocked and called the customers services department immediately and was told I should use the tool to help to twist the cup tight which I did the third time but with no luck, juice leaked again. I believe many of the customers are seniors and if I don't have enough strength to close the cup tight then how many people can do it?
I reported to the customer services department and they are willing to send me a new one but I am still waiting for it to arrive at this moment. I will share my experience after I receive my new one and hopefully it will work properly!

The first time I tried to use it the contents leaked out all over and dripped under the blade cap. Now it doesn't work at all. I own a small Nutru Bullet and never had this issue. I would like to send it back and try a new one. I'm hoping this was just a factory imperfection.
