Had a problem with the gasket on my blade coming loose. It actually came free one day and got chopped up in my smoothie :( I called customer service and they replaced the entire blade set up (including new gasket) at no cost to me! So nice to see a company that stands behind it's product and takes care of it's customers right away!

We really like our Nutribullet RX. We had an issue a month after buying it where the blade came off (as I was making a smoothie), but I'm guessing that was a fluke and they replaced it quickly with no charge and no hassle. They asked for the broken one back (no shipping charges for me) so they could look into what happened.
It does make hot soup, as described and the soup is very hot and quite good! It's a very powerful blender and we've put seeds, nuts, and various veggies with stems, etc. and everything comes out very smooth. Good value for the cost.
