No Problem

I had a problem with my RX. I called customer service and the person asked me to try several things then cam back and told me they were sending me a new base unit.He said that I would receive a prepaid shipping ticket to return the defective unit and the new one should arrive in a few days. For me there was no problem.

Excellent equipment

We have used our machine at least five days a week for several weeks. I am very happy with the quality of the machine and what it has done in our lives by making us healthier people. It's funny, as I wait for my new part to arrive, we have tried to use a regular blender, but are not having much success in making our smoothies. I would also like to add that your company is very honorable as well as professional when it comes to backing the product. I have had problems on two different occasions so far, and each time I didn't feel like you guys took advantage of me. I have had problems with other products where customer service is just not important. I believe that you guys set the standard. Thanks for all that you've done for me and my family. We will always be a NutriBullet customer.

The representative offered me a couple options prior to removing the auto-pay option. I declined at this time, but may start it up in a few months. She was pleasant, helpful and professional. Thank you!
