NutriBullet Stands Behind Their Product

I have the NutriBullet Rx and it works great! The handle on one of my pitchers broke so I looked online to replace it. I could not find it so I called Customer Support.
The Customer Service Representative was very pleasant and extremely helpful. To my surprise, the pitcher was covered under warranty and all I had to pay was the freight.
Thanks for showing your appreciation of your customers.

After 3 months of purchasing the Rx version, the motor had burned out, only after using it once per day. The lovely customer service rep, Tracy, without hesitation offered to replace the motor base at no additional charge, not even cost of shipping. I am very pleased with that decision and courtesy provided for me. Thank you Tracy.
