I received my Nutri-Bullet RX as a Christmas gift, and I love it. Unfortunately, I had an accident with it, and it quit working. Recently, I called the service department and explained my situation. They were extremely helpful and friendly, and I am eagerly awaiting a new base unit so I can begin using my Nutri-bullet again!

I am satisfied with the product with the exception of it's soup
making capability. Perhaps the heating process caused the rubber and/or plastic to affect the taste of the soup. Had to discard it. Disappointed since that was why I opted to buy this machine as opposed to the regular bullet.

warranty issue

had the Nutribullet Rx for almost a year and have been very happy with it and use it everyday and a couple times a day, unfortunately the base gear became loose and would not turn the blade and having new one sent to us. Glad we got the extended warranty because we really use this a lot...
