warranty issue

had the Nutribullet Rx for almost a year and have been very happy with it and use it everyday and a couple times a day, unfortunately the base gear became loose and would not turn the blade and having new one sent to us. Glad we got the extended warranty because we really use this a lot...

No auto stop

Mine has only pulsed and stopped automatically twice since I've bought it in September. Not happy with it. It does blend but it doesn't do what promised.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement parts

My husband and I got a nutribullet rx for our bridal shower. After using it just once, the rubber gasket around the blades broke. After numerous attempts at reaching customer service, we finally got a great representative that was able to answer all of my questions and helped me get a replacement gasket. I was ready to put away the nutribullet for good, but this customer rep was able to change my opinion. I can't wait to start using the Nutribullet RX regularly!
