Excellent help over the phone!

I purchased the NutriBullet RX from HSN. It is a great working product thus far. The only problem I had was getting the lid on tight. With smaller hands it is hard to get is super tight but with the tool provided that works great. (That needs to be explained in the manual and was not.) If using something that stains like blueberries might be best to have a towel near by or under. It was a mess. But cleaned up and was delicious.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received the bullet rx as a gift in September. I used it a few times had a minor issue. called customer service and they were all over it help me get the most put of my RX.. Great trouble shooting and easy to deal with. Thanks Guys

Bad feature? Extractor Blade Broke

I bought this about a month ago, and have only used it for approximately 7 times. But today the blender packaging from the EXTRACTOR BLADE broke while blending and my smoothie was everywhere and I quickly disconnected it. Terrible....
Where can I buy the black packaging from the extractor blade? Or do I need to buy a new extractor blade?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this product and the motor went out after only using it for only 1 month. Buy before it went out on me it did exactly what it was suppose to.
