When my nutribullet motor quit after 9 months of daily use contacted manufacturer they immediately wrote up the order to send out a new motor & blade for just shipping cost. Hoping the delivery is in the time frame they specified.

I have had to replace my NutriBullet four times in a 12 month period of time. Although I enjoy the product, the breakdowns, the burn from the soup maker, makes me hesitant to give an ecstatic review.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It does a great job almost licuidise any thing I put in it. Any problems with it NutriBullet stays right behind, great support.
