Great product. I bought this model because of the souper function. I've made several recipes from the accompanying recipe book: all good. My only recommendation is to create a product that will make opening the cup that is easy for persons with arthritic hands, like me.

I bought this just over a month ago, and I'm using it several times per week. It has been leak proof, easy to clean, quick and simple to make fruit and vegetable smoothies of all types. The soup option is a definite plus. The booklet with several recipes is great too. So far, I love it and would recommend the purchase. I used to have a more expensive brand of this sort of kitchen product, and this less expensive NutriBullet Rx definitely compares in most every way.
