This is my second nutria-bullet product and I am sad to say I am not pleased. The first machine ( the smaller one) was easy to use, but, died out within a year of purchase. I am sure it was not excessive use, after all it is a machine that was meant to be used daily. The new nutria bullet RX, is a total disappointment. It is exceedingly loud, you cannot have a conversation or listen to anything while it is running. The souper function DOES NOT WORK. Not one time have I successfully engaged the heat function. It simply does not come on. I have to keep running the cycle over and over to get my soup hot. I am not interested in returning it for a replacement. The purpose for buying a quality product and not a knock off is to ensure quality performance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Impossible to clean thoroughly

Having to disassemble the base weekly to properly clean is simply unacceptable. The power base also smells of old food and mold. Rinsing it with water and vinegar solution as recommended does not clean it adequately. I am so disappointed with this product.

I have had my Nutribullet Rx for 8 years! It needs new blades but besides that it's got all original parts. It's has been used 3 or 4 times on some days and 1 or 2 on others. One of my friends bought one for herself and one for her mother. My sister bought one for herself and 2 more for 2 of her sons! We believe in better living with blasts!

We absolutely Love the RX. We needed to replace this after 15 years of consistent use. That’s a win! We tried other high end blenders just to see the comparison and we decided to order another RX! Highly recommended😊

Elastic band on cover

Is anyone having problems with the elastic band falling off of the cover? This is my second Nutribullet RX and it's happening again. The first time it fell off and got chopped into little pieces. Am I doing something wrong???? I love the machine but this is a huge problem.
