I bought this last year. Use it 4 to 5 days a week and have had issues with it leaking. Today it dumped all over the place. When I unscrewed it the seal was wrapped around the blades. Put it back together properly ànd made sure it was tight. Started to blend again and the seal magically popped out and wrapped arou d the blades again. What a disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is an amazing blender! Worth every penny. It blends nuts and tough vegetables like kale super well! There isn't a chance where you would feel any grittiness!
There is one thing that could be improved: I wish it had an even smaller cup. Even with the "lip" added to your cup, its very hard to drink directly from. The wall of the cup is too thick which make drinking directly from it a little difficult.
Lastly, there is one odd thing with my blender. Every time I use it there is a burning plastic smell that comes through when the machine is on. I really hope this is normal and doesn't mean that my blender will break down!
OTHER THAN THAT! DEFS BUY, ITS MUCH CHEAPER THAN A NUTRIBULLET AND WORKS GREAT! DEFINITELY A KITCHEN STAPLE FOR ME NOW

I bought the NutriBullet Rx about a month ago and have enjoyed using it. I haven't tried the 'soup' mode yet, but look forward to using that as the weather cools off. Having owned one of the early, less powerful NutriBullet models in the past, I can say, the extra money for the Rx is worth spending. It is very efficient and does not have the issue of leaking like my first NutriBullet did. The only suggestion I have for improving on this is to somehow insulate it a bit more to cut down on the sound. It is pretty loud! I guess a more powerful motor translates into a louder motor....but otherwise, it is great!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this as a family present so our kids to make individual smoothies. It has a powerful motor. Everyone can hear it anywhere in the house. I was hoping with the power that smoothies would be fast and easy. It might be the best it can get from a blender. I have to admit, I still prefer a food processor with a bigger opening to work with. The cups are too big to be single serve. It is a mess getting to the bottom of the cup and even worse to clean the blade. It does the job, but it is not ideal for me. I wish I could have tried it first. I would have made a different choice.
Bottom line: It's a good machine. Powerful. But it's a blender. (obviously). I don't know why I thought it would be better than a blender.

I brought this to replace my old smoothy maker. This thing does NOT do a good job crushing the frozen fruit to make a nice smoothy. I used to have a Bella smoothy maker and it made the perfect smoothies. Now I buy this expensive nutribullet and I have to do so much work and do it 3 times and it still doesn't make it right. I still have chunks of fruit in the blender. I don't think the blade is made for smoothies. It is very noisy and it is powerful this is why I don't understand why it do work.

I previously used the smaller nutribullet primarily for protein shakes. Unfortunately it broke so I purchased the more powerful one. The new bullet does not mix as well. It is much noisier the size portion is much too large requiring more ingededients just so that it will blend. I will not purchase again

This machine does not crush frozen fruit. After several attempts, everything ends up becoming a juice with chunks of frozen fruit. A solid “f” from nutribullet..... and I am a Nutra Bullet fan. I
