Had it for 1.5 yrs. The rubber seal in the main blade broke and company sent me a replacement right away with no hassle, such refreshing customer service!

I thought this was an upgrade from my last one but it is no where near what I thought I was getting the blades are not as sharp have to blend it at least 3 times before it is completely blended
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this Nutri Bullet Rx. I have not had the opportunity to try the hot feature, but am looking forward to doing so. I make smoothies that include apples and it blends the right in with the other ingredients. Makes super thick smoothies.

I called for service on my NutriBullet x, I was given instruction to try. That instruction did not work so I called back and was told that my machine would be replaced. Good service, no problem.
