I've always loved my bullet...I got the new bullet Rd for my bday and am not so pleased with it. It has to run longer to get everything blended so it makes my yummy fruit veggie smoothies warm. Yucky

I have had this unit for a while now and this is the third generation nutribullet we have owned and the one feature that makes it all worth while is the auto on and auto off. I do not have the time to wait at the machine till it's time to turn it off. Thank you nutribullet it's fanstastic!

I have the magic bullet and love it so much I decided to purchase the Rx as it's larger, etc. I needed a new gasket/ring where the blade is. Customer service was fantastic and I received it within 2 weeks.

I bought this only a year ago and it stopped working, called and your representative told me I need to replace the blade unit every 8 months. I asked how was I supposed to know this and she said it is on our website. (not included with the purchase information) Very poor, I bought the top of the line nutribullet RX and it only lasts 8 months? then have to replace parts????? Then I had to pay for the shipping and for the parts. Next time when this happens I will purchase a Ninja.

I had this for almost 2 months and I use it daily sometimes 3 times a day and I must say it is doing a good job with all my smoothies. I purchased a juicer and I wish this would have came out before I did, because I would have saved myself alot of money. This thing is a juicer, blender and soup maker all in one. I haven't had a problem with it so far and the clean up is super easy. It is a bit loud but I'm perfectly fine with that because it does a phenomenal job at blending. I love experimenting with this and creating new recipes. This is a must have for anyone that is looking for that perfect blender or juicer.
