I purchased a year ago and the rubber seal tore just after the warranty expired. But, the second customer service rep was kind enough to send a free replacement one time.

I had the original NutriBullet and couldn't wait to get this one!! Love the faster motor, and that it shuts off when done! More options with this machine. Getting healthy again and NutriBullet is helping me clean my diet up!!

We purchased the NutribulletRX and have been using it daily for 3 weeks. Love the large containers and the speed. Going to order a second large glass and cover. Customer service returned my automatic call quickly since they were busy at the time I called.
