Good blender overall. However, the gears that provide the rotary motion of the blade at the bottom of the blender grind until it catches. Sometimes I can smell it. The longevity of this blender is diminished as a result of this happening overtime.

We have had the original Nutribullet for several years and it works fine, way better than any blender (I will never go back to blenders). But we make green drinks every morning (spinach, carrots, strawberries) and I was having to run the Nutribullet 2-3 times to make enough.
I used the Rx at my mom's house and decided it was time to upgrade. The Rx is a million times better! It holds more, it is more powerful, it has a soup option I have not used yet but am looking forward to, plus I can put everything in, turn it on and it will run without me standing there holding it. Huge plus because I am a new mom and making the green drinks is part of breakfast. It gets a bit tough on time management if I'm standing there holding the Nutribullet.
it is way easier to clean as well. Only downside is it is quite loud. All around, a great product.

Metal ball bearings fell out while blend

Had this for year and half. It always had a burning smell, today I heard metal grinding I stopped it, lifted the top and metal balls fell all over floor, it is now completely unusable

Works better than the Vitamixer

I have had this for about 4 years now. No problems whatsoever. I previously owned the Vitamixer and the motor gave out after 2 years. This so far has been a much better investment. We make our daily green smoothies and I am happy with it. Definitely would recommend.
