The product, Nutribullet RX, works very well in extracting the fruits & vegetables I choose. However, even after putting in refrigerated items AND ice cubes and running the 1 minute cycle, the mixture comes out warm, when I want it cold! What am I doing wrong?? I follow the instructions to the letter.

I purchased this because my first NutriBullet container cracked and it was starting to smell like it was burning up when started. My first one was a breeze. This one is very hard to handle and inconvenient. If you could make one like the first one with more power, that would be great.
