I had previously owned a smaller unit but decided to upgrade. It had been highly recommended that I purchase the very expensive Vitamix unit but I liked this brand and decided upgrade. I totally love this unit. I use it every day, sometimes twice a day.

we've had the NutriBullet Rx for a couple of months now and absolutely love it! it's a very powerful but noisy machine yet easy to use and clean and just can't wait to make some soup. we were in a juice bar before we bought the RX and noticed that they keep their machines in a insulated enclosure. guess i'll have to build one myself unless Nutribullet has one on the drawing board.
PS: i've got about 60 percent hearing loss and its still too noisy for me so i can just imagine what its like for someone that is not hearing impaired.
