Overall I like how powerful this model is, but it's REALLY REALLY loud. I'm also scared of it exploding on me. Despite it being more powerful than the old nutribullet, I miss the smaller cups (and don't like that they're not interchangeable).

Within first 3 week’s of use, liquid in the container leaked out and into/through the motor onto the counter top. This happened 3 times...this was not user error. I was very disappointed.

I love my NutriBullet that has made it so much easier to maintain a healthier lifestyle, in smoothies and spreads...But I was hoping for the same when it came to soups, but that has not happened. I thought in following the instructions for the soup process it would be easy but it was not due to the liquids running through the bullet. Though I love the bullet, the soup prompt not being operational, I was left disappointed.

Bought this in December 2017, and it stopped working correctly the other day. My husband called the phone number to try to figure out when wrong with the warranty people and got a run around as they tried to get him to fix it via the phone while they talked him through it. I will return it to the store I bought it from, they will just take it back without a zillion questions!
