I just want to say that I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer in November 2013. I had surgery to remove part of my colon in December 2013. I started using my Nutribullet in February 2014 and just recently purchased the Nutribullet RX. This machine is saving my life. I stayed healthy through chemotherapy because of the Nutribullet.

I have owned all 3 NutriBullets, started with the Magic Bullet then moved onto the NutriBullet and wasn't sure that I wanted to pay the $199 for the NutriBullet RX. But I am so glad that I did. It is so much easier to operate, if that is possible, than the regular NutriBullet. You just set the cup down and you don't have to apply any pressure or hold it because it starts on it's own. So simple. I have a juicer that is a pain to clean and it doesn't give you the fiber from the fruits and vegetables like the NutriBullet RX does. And it also takes forever to clean the screens. With the NutriBuller RX you can pretty much rinse it but if you do add nuts and seeds you will probably have to use a plastic scrub brush to get any particles out of the cup and around the blade. The soup option is so easy. Just put in your fresh ingredients set the cup in the machine and let it start then push the green button (it will turn red) and in 7 or 8 minutes you have hot fresh soup. And they make it so simple by just having 2 containers, one for soup and one for the drinks. The only thing that I would say is a drawback is that with the power of the machine it can be a little loud. But if you are used to juicing then you will be used to the sound of the motor running. I have given the Magic Bullet and the NutriBullet as gifts because I like this product that much. Added bonus for me...I have lost 60lbs in the past year thanks to the NutriBullet products.

Nutribullet service has been horrible. My Nutribullet has not worked well since I purchased it about 8 months ago. I have called the company a few times. Now the entire cup is stuck on the base and I cannot remove it. It is hard to handle especially if your hands do not work well as mine do not; this should not be problem. My cup is filled with very expensive ingredients as I have health problems. I have to throw is all away. The company is not very open to helping with a defective product.

I was so excited to use this, but sadly the fist time I did, I ended up with hot tomato soup all over me, my kitchen & my walls. I was careful to not overfill etc, but the seal apparently wasn't tight enough on the bottom area to begin with. Needless to say, it was returned the same day, and I'll stick to my no nonsense blender.

Some of the parts were too small for my hand. The blades required more strength than I could manage with ease loosening even with the key. But the final decision was made because of the pureed frothy texture of each and every concoction. In addition, even chilled fruits and vegetables were too warm to taste after processing without additional time for re-chilling. The motor of the unit spun at such a high speed I was very anxious that the mini suction cups on the bottom would hold fast and/or the top container would not be flung from the base since there is no locking mechanism for the top container in processing mode. The containers were too small or too large to get a good variety of nutrients without over production of a blend for a single person. Unless it was a soup, the pulp was too thick to drink and required straining by hand, again time consuming. The soup unit worked great but I did not care for the recipes provided in the book, and I tried to experiment on my own but found I prefer the texture and taste of my soup recipes without pureeing the ingredients. I used most of the strained pulps from all of the mixtures as various soup bases and that was resourceful but not time saving. I consumed each blend, and although some were better than others, there were none I would want to repeat. The most impressive experiment was processing whole artichoke leaves into a puree that tasted pretty good with seasoning which I made a tasty soup base from. Although the equipment is sturdy and its a handy device for what it does do, I did not find that it saved me time, and I did not have the time to experiment with recipes either so I decided to return everything. I ordered the food packs also but returned them without use because of the condition of the packaging and the manufacturers' dates which some of them were several years old. I had to pay return shipping for the unit, and the post office clerk charged me for overnight priority without asking me. The auto billing initiated before the 30 day to post on my account exactly on the 30th day of the trial where it crossed the returned package in the mail. I notified my bank for the credit as Nutribullet claimed that auto billing would not be discontinued until the returned unit was processed which could take up to 30 days to receive any credits due. Because my package was expedited in the mail, and no doubt my calls to customer service, and notification of my bank of the situation, I received full credit for the trial in a timely manner. Though its a powerful food processor, it has only one mode which results in warm frothy puree. Therefore, I would not recommend this product to anyone unless that's what they were looking for.

I spend extra to get this expensive option for soup, which is my favorite food. I thought I could just put all the ingredients in and turn on the expensive Nutribullet RX on. However, your recipe says I have to do all the cooking on the stove top, and then turn on the Nutribullet RX. What a disappointment!

I only had my Nutri Bullet Rx for a week when the unit would suck the rubber gasket from the bottom into the drink. When it did this it would leak into the motor itself, I tried several times but it kept happening, like a vacuum. Because of this I took the unit back to Walmart and got a refund, sorry but I think there needs to be some work on this part of it...
