The reconditioned unit seemed brand new upon arrival. I thought I was having a problem with the unit leaking, but discovered that the top is so precisely machined that I had to make sure that I got the blade top seated properly. After I figured out that little nuance, I have never had the leak problem. This unit works amazingly well!

This is the second NutriBulletbRX. The first one leaked., I returned it. This is my second one...it leaks. I looked on the internet and found people are describing how they take theirs apart to clean it or how to try to fix the leak. My question -if this is a known issue, why doesn't the manufacture fix it? A gasket? This is a pricey item to have this defect.

So far, so good. This product review is based on limited experience since this is the first blender of this kind that we have tried. None the less, the end results have been better then we expected and we have found ourselves spending more and more time trying out new healthy combinations practically every day.

I live my Nutribullet Rx. I make smoothies in it most every morning, it is quick and easy. I had a Magic Bullet several years ago, I used it mostly to purree my ill Grandmother's food, so I have had some experience with this type of appliance before, but I never dreamed the Nutribullet would be this powerful.
