disappointed with the soup feature

I spend extra to get this expensive option for soup, which is my favorite food. I thought I could just put all the ingredients in and turn on the expensive Nutribullet RX on. However, your recipe says I have to do all the cooking on the stove top, and then turn on the Nutribullet RX. What a disappointment!

Gasket Issues!

I only had my Nutri Bullet Rx for a week when the unit would suck the rubber gasket from the bottom into the drink. When it did this it would leak into the motor itself, I tried several times but it kept happening, like a vacuum. Because of this I took the unit back to Walmart and got a refund, sorry but I think there needs to be some work on this part of it...

i received a magic bullet single shot last year for my birthday.. i loved it.. used it practically everyday for fruit smoothies. Today the motor died. I've only had this product for 11 months. My b'day is in October.
Very disappointed that this product didn't even last a year.

Tv infomercial hyp as to its abbilty to chop and blend falls way short. To compare blenders and mixers money would be well spent to purchase a vitamixer processor that can do as it claims.

So good we bought 3

This is by far the best 'blender' out there. We are absolutely in love with our Nutribullet Rx. We make soup blasts and nutri blasts daily. We actually bought 3 because it's just such an awesome product. The Nutribullet brand supplements they sell are also incredible and make us feel awesome. We have tried the Greens, Reds, Energy Boost, SuperBoost, and SoupBoost. They are all awesome and totally worth it. The hands free design is also awesome and just so so easy to use. Make sure you use the blade to tighten and loosen the blade, this completely prevents any gasket issues from arising, and makes it easier to open and close anyway. I'd never use it without the blade tool, it just becomes second nature.

the rx model is a step up from the original model - it is larger, double the power, and just made for someone that uses every day. I like all the features and accessories that came with this model. Again, if you use every day like me it is worth double the price of the other model. Just make sure you buy an extended warranty.

I don't think this bullet is any better than my smaller version. You DO have an on/0ff
switch! I put a piece of yellow zuchinni in my smoothie and it didn't process it! Additionally, I made a smoothie and was sure it was secured (I've made many bullet smoothies previously). It was a big mess and I believe you should have some safeguard against this happening...could the vibration loosened it?

I can't tell you how excited I was to use this blender. Despite many reviews that listed the problems, I still thought it would be great. It was not. On my very first use, the rubbing ring came off of the blade and blended into my smoothie. I had a machine that didn't work and a smoothie I couldn't drink. Customer service was seemingly helpful, but it has been 3 weeks and I have still not gotten my replacement part...
