Got it to replace an older magic bullet. A really old, about 10 years old. I could have bought the replacement parts I needed, instead I upgraded and I’m very happy with it.

This thing is terrific, but very loud. Does everything we want and does it well. But boy is it noisy! My only ding from 5-stars across the board is the noise. It does take up more counter space than our previous NurtiBullet, but that's expected and not a big deal. For the value it provides, we're very happy!

I bought this machine to replace a Ninja and I’m so glad that I did. It takes up less space and is more powerful than my high end Ninja. I use this solely for smoothies, but I look forward to trying it for making soups also.
This is a great machine that works as advertised without any issues. Again, I love this machine.

I have used nutribullet products for years for smoothies. I really love my old 900 model and thought the new rx would be a good upgrade. Most of the time when a company has a new model it's better than the old. Granted I didn't use the rx for the heated functions, the only thing I use it for is a daily smoothie. I use the 40oz cup with the 900 model and it's great. The rx doesn't come with a large cup and you can't buy one. You also can't buy a sipper cup with the rx, which is lame. I returned it and will buy new cups to continue using my 900 model until it dies, unfortunately a new model is better, but not in my case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A family of 7 - we have all used and worn out an Original NutriBullet and a NutriBullet Pro. When the last one took its last breath we decided to look at something with a little more power so decided on the Rx. We've only had it a month but so far we love it!! It's really nice to be able to make a couple of servings of smoothies all at the same time. The Summer weather is here, so we haven't tried the soup heater yet - but will definitely come Fall.
