I bought this product from 9 months ago and it stopped working yesterday randomly. Where the green light comes on but the motor does not start, it also started making loud noise when running and the socket that moves the blade in the main unit also loosens and needs to be tightened frequently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke the 4th time I used it!

Unfortunately I didn't use for several months because we were in the process of moving and we wanted to keep it all packaged up. When I finally used it the 4th time it totally stopped working. The Home Shopping Network where I purchased from would not honor a return. They instead turned me over to Nutribullet. When I called them they tried to diagnose and I told the woman what was wrong. Made no sense just to replace the blades. Recd blades after a week, didn't work. Now they are trying to diagnose again. Sending me a new base. Another week or so to wait. Had I just purchased at Kohls or Bed Bath & Beyond I could have just taken it back. Not happy with my purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought the NutriBullet 600 and right away saw health benefits with my blood pressure and weight loss. Got the NutriBullet RX because I loved the idea of adding soups to my lifestyle change. Love love all the recipes on the Nutriliving website. Just got on the scale and have lost 50 pounds. That's 50 pounds in 3 months and 16 days. Was so good go for an annual checkup and the Doctors and nursing congratulating me on all my healthy positive changes. Thanks to the NutriBullet 600 and NutriBullet RX...pretty sure I couldn't have done it with out them!

It (still) Works Great!

I bought my nutribullet about a year ago and its still running strong. Just make sure all the pieces are tightened and nothing is loose before you turn it on and everything will run smoothly.

I had bought my Nutri Bullet in January 2015... It broke this November.. I called and talked to the nicest person who, without hesitation, replaced the parts... I had bought the extended warranty and I am so grateful for it !! This is an awesome product !

I am so sorry I bought this. All you get is FOAM - The soup feature is horrible as well. It does not allow the ingredients to blend well and the soup is foamy and awful! Would not recommend this product to anyone

I bought my NutriBullet Rx nearly a year ago, and I love it! Never had any issues with it, out side of my pitcher cracking and blade leaking. But I had purchased the 4 year warranty, and they sent me a new pitcher and blade with no problems at all!
I would recommend this to a friend!
