I had the Nutribullet RX a few years ago and I loved it. My smoothies were really smooth no fine pieces and I loved that it turns off itself so i can do something else while its mixing. I loved the soup feature too and i made quite a few soups. My nutribullet lasted 5 years or more. It was still working only the rubber had worn out in the base so i replaced it for a vitamix. But i would recommend it.

I do love my Nutribullet! I use it almost daily for my morning bevvies. I purchased the rx many years ago & the motor just recently died. The replacement rx (now upgraded) doesn't seem as powerful, but I still love it!

What a bummer my unit can't be fixed

I got my Nutribullet for Christmas 3 years ago and am shocked to see that the teeth on the base unit have ground down. I don't use it on a daily basis and certainly not enough to cause this. Perhaps it gets too hot when making soup, I don't know. I knew I'd need to replace the extractor blades but this is crazy. I wish there was a place to get a replacement part because I paid way too much for this to be happening and I love my Nutribullet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad Bad Bad Refund Practice

Bought product 1/5/2026, returned it 1/22/2026 and was told I'd get refund in 6 weeks. Two calls that I was on hold for 17 minutes and 1hr 4 minutes later I'm told because they are processing refunds manually I should get my refund by the middle of April...3 months after purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
