Bought a Ninja blender with so many bells and whistles... it was loud, took forever to truly blend the ingredients and too many unnecessary buttons/functions. Took that back and exchanged it with my NUTRIBULLET RX and am extremely glad I did. This blending system is extremely simple, efficient, and powerful! Love the time it takes and the truly blended drinks I get from my NUTRIBULLET!

I've used this for about a month now and love all the features: how it pulverizes everything into a smooth liquid and the hot soups. Though the 600 model I had for years was good this one is much better. The blade section is quite an improvement also. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it highly.

I've used the NutriBullet RX almost every day for a month. It works flawlessly. Depending on the consistency of the smoothie I want, I might run it through two cycles, sometimes lifting it to stop part way through the second. Some people have complained about the seal and leaking, but I have used the tightening tool every time to get a tight seal, and have had no issues. I highly recommend this blender.

We bought the Nutri Bullet RX and were happy. We purchased the extended warranty and when it broke, they sent a replacement, after we had to send photos of the cord cut. I understand that procedure, but they replaced it with another unit that almost worse. Again, we sent notice of an defective unit and again we were sent a broken base unit. Why did I pay for the insurance, if you are just going to ship more defective product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Drive socket is the weak point of the unit. It is plastic. They don't offer a replacement part.
