I bought it around 3 weeks ago and every time I use it the base smells like burning plastic when in use. I was hoping it would go away but it is not. Getting worried by now.

Easy to clean/quick & powerful

We use the Nutribullet every morning to make our smoothies and it takes everything down well - flax seeds, chia seeds and all the veggies. It is easier to get started and run than the Prime. When it is positioned on the base properly, it starts right up... just be sure to situate it firmly in place. Once I must not have positioned it firmly and it started up and then flew up off of the base. I heard the metal grinding and quickly pushed it down in place before it came completely off, but if I hadn't been right there to catch it and push it down, it could have been a disaster. Since that happened I hold it firmly in place until everything is broken down before releasing my hand because I am nervous that it will fly off again. It didn't seem to do any damage and is running great. I'm glad I was right there to catch it in time.

I gave it 5 stars but I only use it for smoothies so do not know about other features. I started with a magic bullet and then had a regular nutribullet. it is very big so do not have space for it on the counter. I like the tool for twisting the blade on and off and also the 1 minute timer. the slowing down after 30 seconds and then starting up again to let big pieces fall to the bottom works well. I wish it came with a second
blade.

First use out of the box and it leaks. I have to add more to my review for it to be posted. It leaked all over my machine. I had a mess to clean up. Not happy about that. I want a replacement part at no charge to me since it seems to be a defect in the product. That is all. Thank you.

I would have given it a 5 all around, it it were not for it leaking 3xs already. It isn't flaw. I just seem to have a problem screwing the top on correctly at times! If it isn't on track it will loosen itself and a leakage (mess) happens.

I bought this 6 weeks ago becausevmy other nutibullet quit working after 3 years of daily use. Personally i loved the smaller version better. The new rx is very well built and easier to use. The cups are much larger so i find myself making too large of quantity for one smoothie.
IT blends particles better but my smoothies are not as thick or as cold. I have started adding more ice and this helps.
