I am a gadget collector and have owned nearly every brand of blender and juicer on the market. All the rest were either given away or place in storage, even the most expensive. This one does it all. And with one button. Even my husband can make his own smoothie or whip up a bowl of soup. It is the easiest to use and so easy to clean up. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I have used this four times and the rubber where the blade is chipped and feel off completely into my juice. I don't even have a dish washer to blame. Do not waste your money. I'm trying to get a replacement or return it since it was a Christmas for my parents.

I am frustrated with the NutriBullet Rx. I was sent a new blade as the original didn't have one and it made one heck of a mess. Once I received a new one it worked okay at first turning on and off periodically during use. I would have to hold it down to help keep it on and then after using it about one week the bearing/blade began to slide out of the bottom of the unit. Now I can't use it. I feel that the seal is too thick and bearing assembly needs to be redesigned. The bad gets hot and I believe it is heating up the plastic area where bearing/Blade is pressed in the unit. I was going to buy my Dad one but not after all the issues. If the blade assembly worked correctly it would be 5 stars all around!!!

I have had two of these. There is a manufacturing defect in this item. Liquid leaks from the bottom (through the mechanism that contains the blades).

The body is garbage plastic

First I tried the magic bullet then two Nutribullets. They all literally fell apart in a short time.
The plastic is simply garbage. Cracks everywhere, Pieces falling off everywhere. This is not a just a quality control issue, this is systemic. This is a "we just don't care!" issue.
