I bought the NutriBullet RX (i should have read reviews on it first), used it once and it was great! It blended everything quickly and I thought it was a keeper. The next day I used it and when i finished blending, as i poured my shake into a glass, the rubber seal fell out of the blender. After cleaning the blender, I put the seal back in very carefully. The next day i was making my shake and had forgotten an ingredient. Stopped blending and took the top off, added my ingredient and put the top back on. Didn't realize the seal had fallen off and into the blender until liquid started seaping out while i was blending. The seal was in pieces in my shake...ugh!! I was very disappointed and even more disappointed when my husband read many reviews from other consumers who complained about the same issue. Took it back right away!

I received this from my husband and son for Mother's Day this year (2015) and I love it! My smoothie blender I have was slowly dying and the spout on it is very difficult to clean.
I am really loving how smooth it blends everything, and no little parts that I can't fully clean! My 3 year old son doesn't like many veggies (no surprise there) so I put a frozen veggie medley, kale, frozen fruit and a few other ingredients into the NutriBullet Rx and it blends it all up without me even having to push a button! Just put the container on top and voila! I'm looking forward to using it to make hot soups too!

The unit was bought when our Vitamix was out of commission because of an issue covered by warrantee. We use it at least three times a day, so we wanted a spare and tried the NutriBullet Rx. The units are very similar and the food creations are equal with both units. The automatic timing sequence and variety of containers is very handy. We are pleased with it. It was less than 1/2 the cost of the Vitamix, which has a lifetime warrantee. Only time will tell how the unit stands up.

I bought the Rx to replace my original Nutri Bullet. I like the power of the Rx but would like extra blade. Looked forward to making soup, it overheated and warped the container bottom. I found it difficult to remove the blade even with the tool provided. I would probably recommend the step down model before the Rx.

I've bought every nutri bullet, made this is like one of the 8th wonders of the world. Everything is awesome, down to the soups. I'm a runner this thing has helped keep me on my game. I will give you a challenge, you owe it to your family, and yourself. Get rid of ever food you have with a bar code, use this for 30 days. .You will look and feel better, more energy, sleep great,feel energetic every day! ! Don't take my word for take the 30 day challenge! !!

we bought this around christmas, worked great few times but the rubber keeps coming off and even got stuck in there and not sure if it is under warranty or can be retuned. we will try some thing different.

Had the NutriBullet RX 1 week and the seal fell out causing us to call customer service and having a new one sent out. It took a week to get it. We did everything right and still the seal fell out. We have seen many reports of this happening and not fix of the problem has been made.

I was given this as a gift. The first few times I used it, everything was fine. Then, the next time, as I was putting the blade on the bottom, it did not feel right. when I turned it over it was leaking. I re did the whole thing and turned it on. It began to leak bad. I brought it back to the store where it was purchased and got another one, thinking I just got a faulty one the first time. The second one did the same thing the first time I used it. I brought that one back and got a Ninja.
